Beginner's Clinic Metro runs a Beginner Clinic and orientation on the first Sunday of every month from 2:00PM - 5:00PM. This is where to learn more about us and to get started learning about the basics of the sport. Go to the Get in Gear page for information on what to bring and where to go.
		Regular Practices Continue your wrestling experience at our regular practices. These are held on Sundays from 2:00PM to 5:00PM at the Center, 208 West 13th Street, Room 412 ($7). Also Saturdays from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Fighthouse, 122 West 27th Street, 2nd Floor ($12). Go to the Get in Gear page for information on what to bring and where to go.
